The Business Department at Dunbarton High School offers a variety of business courses at all grade levels. Many of the courses are offered in computer labs where students make use of current technology to meet course expectations. Specifically, students have access to the Internet as well as a variety of software including Microsoft Office and Macromedia.

The Dunbarton Geography department offers a wide range of compulsory and elective courses ranging from the grade 9 Canadian geography course to physical geography, urban geography, geomatics, and a World Issues course at the grade 11 and 12 levels. The Geography department is also very active outside of the classroom. We have established a sustainability committee in which student volunteers oversee the recycling program within the school and have been responsible for a beautification program on school property. The department is also involved in a number of geography-based competitions outside of the school.
The Phys. Ed Department at Dunbarton provides a wide range of courses for students to enjoy. Courses begin in grade 9 and continue through to grade 12.
