The International Languages Department at Dunbarton H.S. is one of the largest in the Durham District School Board, offering modern languages to some 650 students. These students have the opportunity to study Core French and Spanish.
Dunbarton's Global TLC (Technology, Leadership, Community) vision is supported by the department. Through exposure to new languages and cultures, foreign language students at Dunbarton H.S. are encouraged to become informed and active citizens in our global community.
Once again, our own Ms. Miller will be leading a group of students on an exciting, adventure-filled weekend trip to the largest winter carnival in the world.
Dates: February 11, 2010 to February 14, 2010
Events: St. Lawrence River cruise, snow tubing, Sugar Shack visit, Carnival parade and so much more!
Cost: $600 - due by December 11th 2009
